Summary of fulfilments
The user of the site must receive information (together with all the elements envisaged by Article 13 of the Regulation) in relation to the methods for processing navigation data, data collected through email addresses published on the site itself or through the completion of forms, and the possible use of cookies. We have therefore prepared 1) a general information notice for the site, 2) a cookie policy, which must be published on the site www.wibmachines.eu in the footer. In addition, 3) the text of the banner has been prepared, which must appear on all the pages of the site on which the user lands the first time he/she accesses the site (and which must disappear and not be re-proposed on second access if the user accesses the site again).

The information below is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”) to users who use the services accessible from the web address www.wibmachines.eu (“Site”). During the consultation of the Site, information may in fact be collected relating to users that constitutes personal data within the meaning of the Regulation. This information is provided exclusively for the above mentioned Site and does not concern any other sites that may be reached by the user through links present on the Site, such as, for example, redirects to social pages (Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, etc.).

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Controller in the performance of its business, to provide the information or services requested by users as well as to comply with legal obligations (Articles 6.1.b) and 6.1.c) of the Regulation).
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing in connection with the web services of this Site takes place at server farms located in the EU.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also used in aggregate form to obtain statistical (and therefore anonymous) information on the use of the Site (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, etc.) and to check its proper functioning.
Browsing data are not retained for more than seven days (except in the case of criminal investigations by judicial authorities).
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Site and the filling in of the specifically provided “forms” (masks) entail the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address and any other personal data included in the electronic communication, as well as the sender’s/user’s data, necessary to reply to requests or to provide the requested services. Specific summary information will be provided for specific services. The data communicated by the user will be used solely for the purpose of processing such requests and stored for the time necessary for this purpose.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Recipients of data collected because of consulting the Site are appointed by the Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, as data processors. The list of data processors is available from the Controller. The personal data collected are also processed by the data controller’s staff, who act based on specific instructions on the purposes and methods of processing.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or deletion thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The appropriate request is submitted by contacting the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them, carried out through this Site, takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority using the link https://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/4535524, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
